This kit is best catered towards Testudo sp. tortoises, such as Hermanns and Horsfield/Russian tortoises.
Includes:
– 20L Tortoise Specific bioactive-ready substrate, formulated for arid plants and succulents
– 3L Forest leaf litter
– Small Earthworms
– Bulk pack of springtails
– Prepack of isopods (Dairy cows or mini speckled)
– Cork bark
– 5 plants specifically safe for ingestion by tortoises, including succulents e.g. Gasteria, Haworthia, Echeveria, grasses e.g. black mondo grass, Carex sp., and edible plants such as turtle vine, cornflower, plantain, pansy and dandelion. Please note the edible plants are very seasonal so may not be in stock if ordered – we will replace these with further succulents/grasses
